国际房地产大奖

International Property Awards

国际房地产大奖（The International Property Awards）对全球各地的住宅和商业地产专业人士开放，以此表彰房地产公司所取得的最高成就。国际房地产大奖是全球卓越的标志和象征。该赛事举办地区涵盖非洲、亚太地区、阿拉伯、加拿大、加勒比海地区、中南美洲、欧洲、英国和美国等。参赛者可在其所在赛区参赛。国际房地产大奖（亚太区）由来自亚太地区的房地产公司参赛，参赛者将接受业内经验丰富的专业团队的评估。获奖公司将参加亚太赛区的颁奖典礼，并有权在其营销活动中使用极具威信力的赛事标志。各个赛区得分最高的若干获奖作品将自动进入国际决赛，最终将决出全球最优秀的房地产公司。

据奖项研究员统计，本届国际房地产大奖（国际组）颁发了三个全球最佳奖，凯达环球设计的“西安南飞鸿广场二期”获评全球最佳建筑奖，中国项目获奖占比33.3%。建筑类别共计颁发十一个奖项，中国项目共揽得五个奖项，占比45.5%。其中凯达环球三个项目获评，日清设计及泽碧克建筑设计事务所各一项目获评。开发类别共计颁发十八个奖项，中国仅UDG联创设计项目获评，占比5.6%。室内设计类别共计颁发十三个奖项，王士维设计（深圳）有限公司及孙文设计事务所各一项目获评，中国项目获奖占比15.4%。房地产类别共计颁发的十个奖项，中国仅戴德梁行房地产咨询（上海）有限公司获评，获奖占比10%。
